Although we strive to keep you happy at all times, however, if in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange the product(s), our easy 7 days Exchange Policy will guide you through the process.
Please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

We will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours, The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer.However, the sending back of the piece will be our responsibility & the cost will be borne by us. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and packaging are intact.

Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you another product of the same /higher value.
Once the order is processed, no cancellation request will be entertained.
